Amanda and Justin started Against the Grain Food because we ourselves are gluten intolerant. We personally know the struggle to find somewhere to eat out, as well as a finding somewhere to shop that has all the gluten free grocery options.
Throughout the last few years of finding ways to feed ourselves and our children (some of whom have to be gluten free and some don't), we have developed some amazing and delicious gluten free breads, deserts, and dishes. Even our non-gluten-intolerant kids love the taste. We hope you love them too.
We certainly aren't distant investors. We are literally just a mom and pop operation, bootstrapping our vision into reality. Thank you for all your support, we can't tell you how much it means.
